Welcome to HCM.
Most likely it is due to nerve route compression at the lower lumber region.
Go for x-ray lumber spine (ap/lat. view ) ,cbc,sb12,calcium,d3.
Start complete course of oral as well as intra muscular nsaid with muscle relaxant.
Calcium and b12 supplement will be useful.Apply nsaid gel locally.
Take isabgool to relieve constipation.
Consult orthopedician for proper diagnosis and better line of management.
