Numbness In Front Part Of Head, Brain, Jaw, Neck. Cause?

Hi my front part of head and brain feel numb and it can come and go but it seems to be staying at the moment. It also feels numb in my jaw for a bit then goes after a while. My neck sometimes feels numb as well. My throat feels like it is enclosing as well sometimes. But in the morning when I wake up there is no numbness at all. (I have also been adjusting my lower back and upper back by twisting it, which I have currently stopped.) (I also recently was sick a week ago with bronchitis symptoms) What could this numbness be?

Really cant say as all these symptoms sound too vague to me. See a physician please so that he can guide you.
