Any abnormal growth in the brain can produce effects on parts of body controlled by them. the pain in the head may even be because of pressure of the growth while in the hand it may be because of the brain controlling that part being affected. Drugs such as pain killers can help releive the pain and anticancer drugs can help reduce the size or esolve the tumor. However some cases may require surgery.
