Numbness In Right Side Of Body, Coldness In Hands

hello for about 5 days now my right side keeps going numb an my hand gets very cold i have to shake myself to wake the arm an leg up im 28 wat does that mean?

It looks to me that you are having either vitamin B- 12 deficiency or calcium low in your body. I would recommend you to start taking tablet Methylcobal daily. Also tablet calcium and vitamin D combination. If your symptoms persist or increases after this then it would be better to show to a neurologist.
