The thigh has a strong burn sensitivity to presure and i can't stanfd or walk more than five minutes, taking gabepentin 900 mg a day. Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history.

You should consult neurologist/physician to rule out neuropathy. Doctor may advise tests like EMG, nreve conduction tests, vitamin B 12 level etc.

Treatment should be directed as per cause.

Thanks.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. K. Naga Ravi Prasad's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.
The description suggests that you have a severe form of LUMBAR DISC DISEASE with compression of the neural elements.

As you already have loss of sensation in right leg ,its not worth waiting for any length of time (before muscle weakness sets in). Have an MRI scan of Lumbo sacral spine which shows up all the spinal problems.

Consult an orthopedic / spine surgeon and follow his advice.

Hope this information is helpful. Good luck
