Numbness, Tiredness, Blurred Vision, Knot On Base Of Skull. Any Ideas?

Hi. i am 29 yr old female. i have had a lot of health issues since march 2013. i have numbness weak tired sometimes blurred vision sharp pains in arms and legs. the drs dont know what is going on with me. when i see them i have forgot to tell them about the knot that is at the base of my skull on my spine. the neorologist said yea that is abnormal when i seen here but didnt do anything else. The lump has been there i know since febuary and has gotten bigger. pls help i am so confused.

Greetings,
So as we can see you are having that spectrum of symptoms,i would say start a holistic approach.
start by introducing good diet,take good amount of anti oxidants,Also add proteins in appropriate amount .
this way it will be better for you.
Also try to exercise as it will improve your over all being.
regarding the lump,a physical examination is the must.
it might be for all you know a benign insignificant mass.
are there any symptoms associated with it?
