ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Stop meddling with your throat and tongue. If there is nothing there the pain will disappear in a couple of days once the abrasion caused by the foreign body heals. If you really feel there is something struck up there, the only way to remove it is by an ENT specialist who can visualize it directly. Trying to poke into your throat yourself without visualizing it is not going to help in any way.
