OA In Right Hip. History Of Replaced Left Hip, Difficulty Walking Without Walker. On Multiple Medications. Is Instaflex Safe To Use?
I have OA in my right hip. I had my left hip replaced in 2011 and my right hip has needed surgery since then. It has not been done due to several factors. I cannot walk without a walker or go up and down steps. I want to know if you are familiar w/ a product called Instaflex. I am no longer on blood thinners but I take 9 other meds. Also, what are the foods most beneficial to OA?
hope you are better now. instaflex is being used by lot of people and they seem to say that it does help. regarding the diet. try to keep it full fibres, and quite balanced. Vitamin C may help reduce the progression of osteoarthritis. Vitamin C is involved in the formation of both collagen and proteoglycans (two major components of cartilage, which cushions the joints). Vitamin C is also a powerful antioxidant that helps to counteract the effects of free radicals in the body, which can damage cartilage.Beta-carotene is another antioxidant that also seems to help reduce the risk of osteoarthritis progression.
