OPen Herpes Went Into Ear, Fever, Lymph Nodes Swollen, Whit Patches At The Back Of Gums. Chances Of HIV?

Hi,
I can't believe I am asking this question, but a lot of things have transpired since June 28th. I was at work, a co-worker was saying goodbye because he was let go. To make a long story short, I didn't realize he was to the side of me. I turned around to see him and instead of kissing my cheek the way I had turned, his entire mouth lips wet and all with an open herpes sore went directly in my ear. My first reaction was like omg....his sore to his herpes is bleeding, his entire lips which were all wet directly went down my ear canal. It was clogged very quickly and I am very scared because he has hiv/aids. It was actually trickeling down into my ear canal. I couldn't wash it out. Later when I got home, I took a Q-tip and I think i pushed it all down further into my canal. I caught a fever, my lymph nodes are swollen, I couldn't swallow and I have been drenched in sweat for the past week and a half. I have white patches in the back of my gums, I am extrremely fatigued and catch colds etc. extremely quickly. My immune system is compromised due to my Chronic Lyme Disease. I have never ever felt this way in my whole life and am losing weight as well. Doctor, I can't sleep, I have a 12 year old daughter, I feel disgusted that this happened and want to know if I could have contracted hiv/aids through this,

Please let me know, I am extremely not feeling well and can't function at work....let alone at home.

HIV is not very easily caught the way you describe. If there is no breach in your skin the virus usually does not enter the blood stream and you do not catch HIV infection.
Still there is of course a lot of anxiety involved and to get rid of this you could get a PCR test which detects HIV infection much earlier, within 2-3 weeks itself, compared to the normal ELISA test that has a windows period of over 6-12 weeks before being reliable.
Good Luck.
