Occasional Body Aches, Tightness In Chest, Difficulty In Breathing. Could This Be A Sign Of Depression?

I m 15, I guess I have depression , but sometimes I experience body aches, and tightness in my chest when I m alone. But that went away a couple weeks ago but yesterday something got me down and I started feeling the tightness in my chest and my left shoulder was aching. Now the aching has moved to all over my upper body. and I find it hard to breathe, what s wrong with me?
