Often Split Second Headrush, Dizziness, Sleeplessness, Itchy Legs, Loose Stools, Large Bruises On Thighs. Overweight. On Mini Pill And Sertraline. Help

Hi, i am a 25yr old female. I am overweight with a bmi of about 37 however this does not affect my every day life, im not sure if all of these are linked but i have the following symptoms... Split second head-rushes/dizziness about 3 times an hour, trouble sleeping, itchy legs and feet, nausea, greasy hair (even straight after washing) constant loose stools, tiredness, unexplained large bruises on my thigh and i have always had headaches quite often. i am currently taking the mini pill and sertraline, Can u help? Thanks x
