Oily Scalp, Have Pimples. Less Hair On Crown. Using Minoxidil. Diabetic, Hypothyroid, Pcod - Cause Of Hair Loss?

I am a , .27 ur old female. I have very fine hair and an extremely oily scalp.I at times suffer from reactions like pimples or zits all over my scalp. the crown of my head has d least amount of hair. Although there is no baldness I can see extremely thinning hair. I haven't seen any hair fall and is way less then 100 hairs a day. I have been using minoxidil for the last 2 months and I haven't seen habit growth but its growing lennght wise. In have type 2diabestes and also hupothyroid and pcod and not sure if ths is the cause of hair loss or something else.

Hi oily scalp over the face can be seborrhic dermatitis.diffuse hair loss can be androgenic alopecia.it can be cured by topdan or sebowash shampoo weekly twice and application of minoxidil lotion daily twice .biotin supplementation.use of isotretinion 10 mg for few days can cure it.both hypothyroidism and pcod causes hair loss.first treat those conditions .
