hello I have an absess on my left leg that has noiw startedto drain yellow puss but also blood as this is draining when I push on it little black things different shapes usually stringing like kinda pugs up the hole what are these black things? also all the liguid looks oily can you tell me more about all this please aqnd how to treat it properly?

If your abscess has been there for a long time then the black things could be a black grains which is a feature of Mycetoma.
