Okay To Take Levothyroxine Before Strenuous Exercise?
Hi I m taking 100 mcg s of levothyroxine. Is it okay for me to take this medicine before exercising strenuously for a full hour and then taking a shower and then eating or should I take it after exercising but before my shower and then take it after my shower?

It is perfectly okay to take Levothyroxine before exercise. But please take this tablet atleast 45 minutes before food
