Old Aged, Having Right Testicle Larger Than The Other. Should I Be Concerned?
my partner was here about an hour ago and I notice that his right testical was larger then the other one, we had sex two days ago and they were normal I am concerned and he left and his age is 69 yrs old. I suggested that he see a docor as soom as possible but he was quite alarmed.
The incidence of testicular malignancy is low at this age(69yrs) except for lymphoma in which case the testes will be hard, heavy and there will be loss of testicular sensation. Hydrocele is quite common and both the conditions can be diagnosed by a simple ultrasound of scrotum. Strongly advised USG scrotum followed by review by a Surgeon.
