General Surgeon 's  Response
The incidence of testicular malignancy is low at this age(69yrs) except for lymphoma in which case the testes will be hard, heavy and there will be loss of testicular sensation. Hydrocele is quite common and both the conditions can be diagnosed by a simple ultrasound of scrotum. Strongly advised USG scrotum followed by review by a Surgeon.
