Old Ruptured Ectopic Resolved Through Consevative Management, Feel Bloated. What Should I Do?

I had 6weeks old ruptured ectopic that resolved through consevative management early this month, I feel bloated especially after food and feel some movement in my tommy as if am still pregnant even though my hcg had gone down to 6 after series of test.my gyn scanned me 2weeks ago and said I was fine. Pls what should I do about the bloating and the movement? Thank you.

Hi, it appears to be the gastritis due to medicines used for the cure of the ectopic pregnancy. There is a possibility of salpingitis, due to ectopic, which can be confirmed by M.R.I.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have gastroscopy for confirmation. Thank you.
