I am on Dibetic magment 1 lantus 50units at 9 pm, 2 novarapid 20/20/18units before each meals 3 istamet 50mg/1000mg twice bd hypertension mgt 1.dytor 20 plus (torsemide 20mg & spironolactone 50mg one tab morning 2. telmisartan 80 twice BD 3. Metprorall 50mg at 10 AM daily 4 ecosprine 75 mg with lunch c, cobadex czs one tab daily NOW I AM SUFFERING GI DISTURBANCE NUMBNESS OF LIMBS
the gi disturbances may be due to the sideeffects of the medications u r taking for which u should consult a gastroenterologist who might tell u to go for a endoscopy...and the reason for the numbness of limbs is most probably due to diabetic neuropathy which occurs in patients with a long standing history of diabetes....is your blood glucose under control now?due to diabetes other problems like diabetic retinopathy cn also arise due to which u should always hv periodic checkups done by a ophthalmologist ...at present for to numbness of limbs u should consult a neurologist immediately
