On LOMOTRIGINE. For Bipolar Disorder. Now Have Chronic Cough. Antibiotics Not Helping. Disturbed Sleep. Treatment?
sir my son aged 29 yrs is on LOMOTRIGINE200 mg od since 2 years which has controled his bipolar dis order . Now from last few weeks he has developed chronic cough (dry) not res ponding to anti biotics & anti allergics . with this codition his studies have been effected badly & is having disturbed sleep ... kindly avsuggest necessary remedial measures. with regards & thanks.

and when you are having it on daily basis for a long duration,cough can be a side effect.
