Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Lipirex is fenofibrate – given for Cholesterol / Triglyceride..
It has no relation to heart rate.

There are several reasons for the heart to beat slowly – like drugs, diseases and so on..
Heart has its own nervous network and it could be diseased...directly or by infiltration.

When the rate is slow, there is more time to fill and so the volume pumped per beat is more.
Hence the ‘sound’

There are several ways to investigate.
Routine 12-lead Electrocardiogram (ECG) / 24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring (Holter) / ECHOcardiogram to see the heart valves, muscle and function / Treadmill exercise ECG (TMT) to exclude reduced blood flow / Laboratory work-up is routine - like blood counts, sugar, urea, electrolytes (potassium in particular), thyroid (over-active) and so on.      There are also advanced techniques of investigations of increasing complexity (and invasive) – like Electro Physiological Studies (EPS). Your Internist shall suggest based on the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
