On Warfarin For Blood Clots On Lungs, Blood Pressure Slightly High. Advised To Forego Today S Dose. Is It Ok ?
I had blood clots on my lungs last Sept. and was in Hospital for 10 days.Since then ive been on warfrin.They take blood every week but dont seem to be able to find the right number inr.I was in the hospital yesterday and they checked me all over and said my blood pressure was a bit high.They told me to not take todays dose and then continue tommorw.Thanks.AAAAA

Warfarin dose is adjusted with the help of PT and INR. INR should be between 2 and 3. You are being correctly advised to omit the dose or take it depending on your INR so continue to folloow your doctor`sc advice.
