Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I have gone through your query, and would like to comment on the two possibilities that are likely from your presentation.

First of all, symptoms like tenderness of the breast, increased temperature and vaginal spotting can all be related to a hormonal effect, which can again be caused by the implant.

But the presence of a white vaginal discharge most probably indicates the presence of an infection. There can be other symptoms present as well like:
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Frequent urination
-Increased urge to urinate, but less amount of urine passed
-Chills
-Fever
-Lower abdominal and/or flank region pain
-Itching around the genitals
-Blood in urine or immediately after (not always seen)
-Pain during intercourse
and a few others.

So I would request you to visit a doctor to find the exact cause.

Then again, pregnancy may also be related to a white discharge called leucorrhea, but this is present way into pregnancy, usually by the second trimester. Although unlikely, I would request you to repeat a home pregnancy test, to be taken at least 2 weeks after your last sexual contact or on the first or second day of a missed period. An early morning urine sample would yield a most accurate result. Once pregnancy has been completely ruled out, we can attribute your symptoms to an infection; for which you will have to seek medical attention.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
