On Cephalexin. Didn T Finish The Course. Now Have Sinus Headache, Congestion, Scratchy Throat. Medications?

I was taking cephalexin for a sinus infection a week and a half ago. I didn't finish the 10 day prescription only took for 5 days because I felt fine. This week I developed sinus headache, congestion, scratchy throat, very very bad sore throat with difficulty in swallowing, swollen tonsils, along with some green phelgm, mucous worse at night. I waited a day or two and throat felt worse, I started taking the Cephalexin again today. Should I take it for 7 days?

AND MUCUS OF THE THROAT BLOCKS EUSTACHIAN TUBES CAUSING EAR PROBLEM ADD ANTIALLERGIC TAB TO DECREASE THE MUCUS SECRETIONS OF SINUSES
ADD ANTACID
APPLY NEOMYCIN H OINTMENT IN NOSE BD AND SEA WATER 2 DROPS AT NIGHT IN EACH NOSE TO CLEAR THROAT EYES EARS AND CAN USE ANTIALLERGIC EYE DROPS
CAN TAKE ANALGESIC SOS FOR PAIN
GET XRAY PNS WATERS VIEW TO SEE THE CONDITION OF SINUSES AND CONSULT ENT DOCTOR TO TREAT AND TO PREVENT RECURENCES IF SINUSES OEDEMA IS THERE
CONTINUE TO TREAT THIS EPISODE FOR 3 WK

hi.. thanks for using HCM..
you have had sinusitis, pharyngitis.. and you took a course of antibiotics..
now you have recurring symptoms..
see your ENT surgeon for taking a swab, culture and sensitivity.. get antibiotics based on the report, analgescis, nasal decongesants.. do salt water gargling.. steam inhalation..
