On Letrozole For PCOs. Very Light And Brown Spotting, Headache, Cramping. Due For Periods In A Week. Symptoms Of Implantation Bleeding?

Hello, I have PCOS and recently started letrozole. My last mentral cycle started on July 10th. I am not due for my next cycle for another 5 or so days. I'm typically on a 30-32 day cycle. I started spotting today, but it's very light and brown (almost non existent). I also have had a headache for the past two days and cramping. Is it to early to take a pregnancy test? Does this sound like implantation bleeding?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Letrozole used to stimulate ovaries for release of ovum .
Since you are very eager for conception & also patient so naturally you have tension.
The bleeding may be an implantation or due to dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
Exact cause is not known till physical examination by a gynaecologist.
In my opinion please wait for another 7 days and than get a home pregnancy test.
Although hcg test will find exact fertilized ovum situation but wait for home test.
