In the last year Was using a bone supplement strontium citrate 680 mg also on bioidentical hormones with a specialist Dr. Prometrium 200 mg capsule 2 percent testosterone 5 mg DHEA for bone issues. told the dr. About hair loss she gave me armour thyroid 5 mg even though my level was ok and I just started Bi est estrogen very low dose. I had a lower face lift and my eyes done at separate times also in the last year . I have a whole lot less hair and it was and still is coming out like crazy, it may be slowing slightly not positive though, I also use rogaine for a couple of years. not sure what has caused it. Or could it just be going off my regular estrogen a couple of years ago.

Hi,
You have not told your age, sex and occupation in your query. Een then it appears that your fall is due to be simply due stress and dietary factors.

Minoxidil is the mainstay of therapy in hair fall. Minoxidil do not cause any side effect and is very safe drug to be used. you can take vitamins in the form of biotin, calicium pantothenate and other vitamin B complexes.

Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and sprouts which contains vitamins and minerals necessary for normal hair function.

Reduce your stress level and stop any substance abuse like smoking or alcohol.

Take care.
