On Noriday Pill. Missed Periods. Pregnancy Test Negative. Pregnant?

Hey I'm on the noriday pill, been taking it for months and months! However now I'm in Australia and been here 3.5 months! Haven't had a period since leaving England! Done two pregnancy tests, both negative! I don't know what's going on? Am I pregnant? Or do I just miss periods because I'm taking the pill at a different time than I was in England? I'm also constipated quite a bit!

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

If you used the pills regularly as per the schedule the chance of pregnancy is less.
Sometimes pills can cause menstrual irregularities and amenorrhea is one of them.
Stress and strain due to change in place and habits can also influence the menstrual cycle.
So you once consult local gynecologist and get examined to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
After that you can continue with your pill and take laxatives to get relief from constipation.

Take care.
