On What Symptoms To Go To Doctor In 36 Weeks Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 36 +4 days pregnant, I am feeling a lot of lower pressure, back pain and dragging period like pains. All are uncomfortable but not painful. At what point should I call triage? I haven't had my waters break, but have noticed an increase in discharge, although all clear. Thanks
