hello my name is Jennifer Linderman b day 2-21-1974 im trying to find a new Dr who takes medicaid for my symptoms ive had for years my regular Dr closed down. I have panick attacks, i been on zanexes for 9 years. I have restless leg sendram. I have a slipt disk buldging disk n Authoritious in my lower back. Ive had migrains for years. N last but not least carpletunle in my hands n fingers. please help me find a Dr to get treated n my meds started back up. I have Carolina Solutions Medicaid but can change it as of now if i need to. I also have filed for SSi , please help me find all the above Dr, or point me where i need to go. Im hurting cant eat cant sleep 803-528-2891 Thank you Mrs Linderman
