One Tooth Pushing The Other. Tooth Moves When Biting. Is It Going To Fall?
Hi my name is Oskar. My third cheek tooth on top of my cheek have an adult tooth that grows out very slowly. It got space but still makes my tooth front of it go little lose. I see the tooth move when biting. Is it going to fall? I have felt pain when moving fast or shaking my head. It hurts alot and I hope the tooth wont be lose so I have to drag it out.
During tooth eruption,it usually exerts force and moves the adjacent teeth.
This usually occurs untill the tooth eruption has completed.
In such cases,The shaking adjacent teeth becomes firm once the tooth erupts.
If the mobility persists after tooth eruption, chance of periodontal infection is high.
I would suggest you to get a radiological examination.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
Take care.
Third molar in your mouth is growing slowly , wisdom tooth are often tilted in position or impacted due to lack of space . As the tooth is growing slowly it is creating little pressure on the adjacent tooth to create space for erruption
You need to visit an Oral Surgeon , get complete clinical evaluation of your tooth done .
Take an OPG x-ray.
Maintain a good oral hygiene .
Use saline water gargles 3-4 times a day.
Use 0.2% of chlorhexidine mouthwash gargles twice daily.
Hello,
I am Dr.Neha Gupta (dentist) and am glad to address to your query here.
Here are a couple of situations in which your teeth can move:
There is a natural tooth movement that occurs throughout your life.
If you are missing a tooth, the teeth on either side can move to fill in that space, and the tooth that normally chews against this tooth will also move. This is a serious situation that can lead to TMJ dysfunction, headaches, or damage to other teeth.
If you have advanced gum disease, your teeth can also move because of that. If you have spaces between your teeth, and your teeth are a little loose, this is probably what is happening to you. A loose tooth is an entirely different matter.
Take care and please keep me informed of your progress at healthcaremagic through my profile directly.

wisdom tooth during the course of eruption sometimes pushes other tooth in front of them which causes pain and discomfort in both wisdom and front tooth but as u are saying you can see the tooth move i guess your tooth is loose from its socket and it has lost support from its bone .. consult a dentist get it extracted as wisdom in this stage cant be saved ( and there is no point either in saving them ) .. take sm painkillers to ease out pain and do warm saline rinse 3 times daily till you see your dentist...
