Operated For Anal Fissure. Having Pain After Defecation. Diagnosed With Small Ulcer In Interfiber Sphincter. Suggestions?

Dear, sir i am neeraj kumar sharma, i operated anal fissure through chandsi doctor,but i feel pain after defecation and persist ,i feel weted inside anal rectum , finally i diagnosed by MS ,he says small ulcer in inter fiber sphincter . he adviced me if medicine like taxim not suited then it operated,but same problem reoccur once again. plz suggest me what i can do.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
In such case consult only authorized doctors only.
Go for antibiotic medicine course and anti inflammatory medicine.
If there is no relief then go for surgical procedure called Lord's method, very simple so nothing to worry.
Avoid constipation.
Take Cremaffin daily at night.
Avoid spicy and junk food.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
