According to your vitals, your BMI is 27.8, which means that you are overweight. You need to follow a healthy lifestyle and not resort to short term measures. Remember that any kind of weight loss will be successful, only with proper and adequate exercise, with a healthy diet. If you have noticed that you do not seem to lose weight, despite your best efforts, then I would suggest that you get tests done for your thyroid profile, and an endocrine check up. Any medications like steroids can also cause weight gain. Also try to avoid factors like smoking, alcohol and stress. Heredity is also a factor. So do conduct these tests and then if everything turns out to be just fine, then please try to adopt a healthy lifestyle, with the help of a professional.
Good luck!
