Hi, for a few weeks I have noticed small bumps on my labia majora that are like pimples . But today I have noticed I have a much larger lump on my left labia majora under the skin. It doesn t hurt to touch it it just raised and slightly itchy. I have not had sexual intercourse. I also have pcos could this be anything relevant? I have also noticed a small bump on my cliterous.
