PCOS, Triglyceride Problem, Irregular Monthly Cycle. How To Delay The Monthly Cycle?
Hi I have a PCOS and high triglyceride problem and I have to go to the pilgrimage next week . My monthly cycle is not normal and I wants my montly cycle delay during the perfoming pilgrimage . I don't know when my cycle started so I need to asked u to recommend me the medicine . One more thing I never used birth pill.
Hi, Thanks for the query. As you are having irregular cycles, it is difficult to guess the date when you will get periods. So you wait till 5 to 6 days before your vacation. If you get periods before that, the menstrual flow will stop by the time you go. If you do not get periods, you can take progesterone pills to postpone the cycle. You have to start at least 5 days before your vacation. So, consult gynecologist once. Discuss these and take tablets with her prescription.
