Pain And Inward Pressure In Testicles. Was Given Medicines For Suspected Infection. What Could This Be?

Hi, last night i had a very frightning experiance.. As I took a shawer I felt my right testicle get hard and elevate tords the inside , I felt slight pain and pressure drop, I. Don't know if it was becouse of the scare that I felt lightheaded and fainted .. I desided to sleep it off and the next morning my right testicle hurl way more, my symptoms were nausia dizzines. I went to see the docter and she said it might be infection or blood accumilation, she gave me pain relievers and something for infection..I googled my Situation and saw all this post about testicular torsion and got Super scared...that same day I visited the docter, even before I saw her the pain was decreasing, that night the pain bearly felt, no signs of swellin.. Any advice or comments would be greatly appritiated

Thank you for the query.

Well this might be a torsion indeed. And it does not have to be a testis, it can be appendix testis torsion. You should not ignore your symptoms as it might be serious issue. Epidydimis or even inguinal hernia can act like that as well.
That is why, even if the symptoms are better now, please visit urologist and have testis ultrasound done.
Urine analysis should be done as well.
