Pain And Swollen In Left Testicle, Balls Becomes Smaller. Suggestion?

Hi. My name us Curtis and about two weeks ago after having intercourse, i experienced a strange twitch in my RiGht testicle.lower front side. A few minutes later i was really sore above my testicle.Pain lasted several hours and then the next day i had same pain in left testicle.they were slightlyswollen also.my uncomfortable feeling lasted about a week although it was rather mild.then I was noticing that my balls were smaller.maybe by one third.I Have been having a tough time reaching orgasm.i was reading and learned about varicoceles.I believe I may have a right side one and a left side also.im not sure if that explains the strange twitch. I am 30 years old, cacasian and met my girlfriend 3 months ago. Was primarily not sexualy active for a year before her. PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUTIII

Hello,

Varicocele of the testis is very common and cause symptoms similar to yours. It is due to enlargement of the testicular veins. You may need to undergo Doppler scan of the testicular vessels for diagnosis. It is a non invasive procedure. It needs to be managed surgically.
