Pain At The Tip Of Penis During Urination, Presence Of Blood Post Urination, Pain Generally After Masturbation
When I pee it stings by the tip of the penis . There is no blood in the urine , however after I urinate some drops of blood come out at the end of the process. Could this have anything to do with masturbation? I noticed it when I urinated after masturbating. I went to the E.R. and they found no infection and gave me antibiotics. I have not masturbated since and I keep drinking a lot of water. Urination has been fine. If i masturbate again, will this happen?

If you have minute abrasion over your tip of fore skin of your penis or around your urinary meatus which you may not be able to visualize with your naked eyes and can be better visualized with a help of a hand lens, may be reason for your problem and symptoms. Nothing to worry about that. You should abstain from any type of sexual activity either masturbation or intercourse at least for a week by which time your lesion will be expected to heal completely. If necessary, you can also use some antimicrobial creams and oral antibiotics. Mostly even without these your problem will be solved. only thing strict abstinence is very essential. keep DRINKING ADEQUATE WATER.You will be alright soon. Dr SM
