I have gone through your query regarding pain below left ear and reaching down to left side of throat. You have also itching in your throat and ear. Today morning on spitting you noticed blood in sputum.
Your this clinical history indicates that you are suffering from chronic tonsillitis with sepsis. At present you are advice for these basic investigations-
(1) Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.
(2) Sputum for AFB.
(3) X-Ray chest - P.A.View.
(4) Blood - CBC, ESR, blood sugar- F. & P.P..
(5) Urine for Routine and Microscopic.
(6) Direct laryngoscopy.
Apart from this good clinical examination and there co-relation with inferences of investigations will reach to correct diagnosis and that can be manage accordingly.
With Regards.
