Pain During Urination, Vomiting, Red Clumpy Bleeding, Went On Birth Control Weeks Ago. What Could Be The Underlying Cause?
My daughter had all the signs of a uti. Took her to the doctor and had urine samples taken and tested. Even for std s and everything came back negative. However she was in pain, painful urinating and vomiting. They are treating her for a uti and now ahe has a red, clumpy bleeding. Also may I add she just went on birth control a couple of weeks ago. Any idea?
hello there! Thank you for asking. I want you to know that painful hematuria is almost always a stone. UTIs or oral contraceptives has nothing to do with it. DO an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. treat the spasm with phloroglucinols oral and drink plecty of fluids. See the general surgeon nearby to help you further with the stone. As she had been on OCPS it would be safe to see the Gynecologist to rule out gynecological issues which the odds are less of them being present.
Good luck S Khan
