Pain From Finger To Shoulder, Nerve Damaged. Had Surgery. Suggestions?
I had surgery on the 12th of this month on my Lung. While moving me onto the cat scan table The doctor things they may have damaged a nerve in my left arm. The doctor mentioned the name of the condition and showed me a picture of the nerves involved on line but I lost the information. My pinky finger up to my shoulder to the breast and back all on my left side are numb and very painful. Can u help me find this information online or would you know the name of it off hand. I need a neurologist
Hi, it appears that you would have heard some thing else, to open for the lung as i think the nerves of the hand may not come across. It is possible only when it is opened high above on the side of the chest. By following the things in the net you may again be mistaken , and may have unnecessory tensions. you directly approach the neurosurgeon to find out what is wrong and suggest you what can be done. If it is minor it may recover by it self. Thank you.
