Pain In Arm, Weakness, Cannot Lift Heavy Objects, Lower Chest Pain
yes, i have had pain in my upper left arm that comes and goes but has only gotten worst. Now it last for numerous days. I just noticed that is is very weak and i get a pain that goes down to my hand. i can't lift heavy objects with this arm when this pain episode comes. i also noticed a faint pain in my lower chest underneath my left breast not as often though.

There are to possibilities
It may be due to musculoskeletal pain involving the shoulder joint. The likely diagnosis is shoulder cuff injury.
Rest, physiotherapy and analgesics are advised for such patients.
Secondly left sided chest pain radiating to the arm and hands is a typical presentation of cardiac pain.
ECG and a cardiology consultation is advised in such patients.
