Pain In Different Areas After A Vein Nicked During Gall Bladder Removal

I had my gall bladder removed about 3 weeks ago. I also had a vein nicked while in surgery leading to a drain tube for 3 days. Now I am having pains in different areas. But between where the tube was and one of the areas they cut is really hurting like a cutting pain.

I really think that the pain is related to the tube not to some vein injury. take painkillers. will work
