Pain In Feet And Legs. Doing Exercise, Not Helping. Remedy?

Hi I am 43yr old woman and my feet and legs hurt me all the time they feel heavy and very painfull I do house keeping and I did theraphy and all other exercise and nothing helps i would like to know what can be done or any medication i can take for the pain but most of all i really would like to know what and why it hurts me all the time so much

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having osteo-artheritis changes in your spines giving rise to this problem.
There might be having chance of osteoporosis as well.
Go for x-ray lower spines.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Go for physiotherapy.
Ok and take care.
