Pain In Heart Due To Burps. Why Did It Become Tight?
hello sir Sir I am facing a real terrible problem with my heart .Initially the pain came along with many burps.I feel as i heart is caught very tightly and as if its not beating. Now I no longer have burps but heart is paining terribly and its becoming difficult for me to breathe easily.Im 18 years old and dont know how to tell about this to my parents. My mom was saying its just gas.But I dont think thats the only reason behind it.My heart pains terribly when i bend or laugh tightly and when I cough or sneeze the pain becomes 10 times more.Sir Im really tensed what do I do.
Hi ,
from your history i feel your pain is not related to heart , but more related to your food pipe ,as in this young age heart attack is very uncommon ,
i advise you to consult your family physician and get evaluated for your problem ,
few tips from my side is avoid spicy food, heavy meal and junk food ,
say big NO to any form of addiction or tobacco use , or alcohol intake,
heart pain commonly occurs in chest and increase on exertion and relived on rest
take care
