Pain In Heart, Shaky Body, Faster Heartbeat, Disoriented During Walk. Diagnosed Chest Cramp. Advice

Earlier today I went for a run about half a mile I began feeling slight heart pain I began walking and as I walked more the pain got stronger and I began to shake, my heart was beating extremely fast, and I started feeling disoriented. I freaked out and called 911 an ambulance drove me to the hospital and they discharged me 30 mins later saying it was just a chest cramp, I got home and I still keep getting confused and feel this weird thingy on my left side of my chest by my heart. I feel like it's hot inside and a bit panicky. I'm scared. Please help me.

HI,
Thanks for your query,
Your problem very much seems to be of cardiac one with exertional chest pain.
I wish if you could go for thorough cardiac check up including stress electrocardiography and echocardiography. You may have valvular heart disease too. Meet a cardiologist with above said report. Respiratory problem usually do not present like this. One thing can be exercise induced asthma but that too present with exertional breathless not with cardiac pain.

best wishes
