Pain In Knee, Feeling Of Squishy Fluid Around Knee. Knee Got Hit On Door. Meet Doctor?
Last night I hit my knee with the door as I was forcefully closing it. Today it hurts a little to walk on it and a lot to bend it. There is very minimal pain when I straighten it. I can feel squishy fluid all around the knee but more n the top more towards the inside and I feel it shift when press it. Just wondering if this sounds like something I should get checked out or wait and see. Thanks for your input
Hi, Thanks for calling health care magic forum. It could be a minimal hit, as it is done by sour own. So it may be the bruising only, with the interestitial fluid collection. Any how it is better to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis. You may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation. I prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections foe 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, and diclofenac and paracetamol. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
