Pain In Left Ankle, Feels Like Muscle Tightening. Reason?

This is xxxxxx
I am having pain in my left of thr ankle , pain is confusing when I take first steps in the morning or after 20 mins bed or normal rest and when starts to walk the pain will come from no where, it feels like my muscles in the ankle had tighten up and pain too, exact region I cant mention the pain near to the left of ankle can u answer me please...

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Your symptoms are suggestive of nerve compression. Better to get examined by a physician. nerve compression could at spinal level or along course of a nerve. You may need to get few tests done like MRI of spinal canal to know any compression over nerve.
