Pain In Left Arm, Pain In Ear Similar To The Pain While Having Infection. Not Having Greasy Food

I'm 16 almost 17 and I'm a but worried about my health right now. I'm having pain going down my left arm and pain in my ear similar pain you get when you have an ear inffection. It barely started and it scared me a bit because I looked it up and it was signs of heart disease but I don't eat all that much junk food at all just sometimes and the rest of the foods I eat aren't that greasy.

Thanks for query on hcm.
Most likely it is not related with heart at this age.
It seems to be some musculo skeletal pain called fibromyalgia.
It usually occurs due to weight bearing, improper position during sleeping, sitting, working, sports activity.
It will definitely subside with nsaid and muscle relaxant.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
Calcium,b12,minerals will be helpful.
Take protein powder with milk daily regularly.
consult your family physician for further guidance.
