Pain and swelling in left ear as well as in throat and tonsil may be due to-inflammation of tonsils,p e r i c o r o nit is due to impacted wisdom tooth .
I would advice you to visit an E N T Specialist as well as dentist.
Impacted tooth has to be extracted out if in fl a m m ed.
Also evaluate the condition of tonsils,,ear and take antibiotics to relieve underlying infection.
Avoid spicy,cold food items.
Hope this helps.
