Hello. Your problems do not seem to be related. Though any kind of somatic body pain may increase with vigorous coughing, it is more likely with abdominal muscle or chest wall pain. You need to mention if any causes for your coughing are known and also the duration of pain in your forearm. Nevertheless, if both these problems are chronic and persistent, you need to be investigated.
