Pain In Left Side Of Stomach, Fever, Redness In Urine. Is It Intestinal Infection ?

hi....i am having pain in the left side of my stomach ...although it is not that much but when i walk it increases....i m having light fever and there was redness in the urine when i took oily food(chola bhatura) and rice with dal. Is this Intestinal infection...i had intestinal infection before in October 2010 and then in feb 2011...Right now i m just taking banana and curd...what should i do?

good evening, redness in urine with pain abdomen i would rather call it as urinary tract infection , or rarely possibility of renal stones, either of the two u require medical attention , so do not waste time , kindly see a doctor. thank you.
