Pain In Lungs And Heart, Anxiety, Depression, Sore Throat. Smoking Fro Years. Anything To Worry?

Hi I'm 26 years old and been smoking for 6 years with breaks in between. I've recently started to experience small regions of pain in my lungs at occasion and pain around my heart. I've been very tired lately as well combined with insomnia. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder as well as depression. I also take adderal for my add. Sertalin for depression. today I also noticed a sore throat. should I be worried?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Pain in lungs ( according to you) , heart , insomnia , depression.
Smokers from last six years.
At present history is very ambiguous and very difficult to reach any conclusion.
Please get in X ray chest P a view, blood for any chronic infection.
Consult a physician and get in his opinion.
If possible don't smoke .
Tension and anxiety are responsible for these type of symptoms.
